Who we are
A pallet manufacturer that grew out of a mould shop
Zhejiang Rongxin Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. traces its origins to 1993, when the predecessor business began designing and manufacturing plastic moulds. The company was formally incorporated in 2007 and has since grown into a manufacturer combining mould development, injection moulding and product design. We are based in Huangyan District, Taizhou, Zhejiang.
Plastic pallets are our core product line. Multiple structural series — nine-leg, three-runner, grid-base and double-faced — cover more than 500 specifications. They are used across automotive components, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, textiles, paper and printing, and warehousing and logistics, and are exported to more than 100 countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
We develop our own moulds and control our own injection process. That is what makes custom work practical: structural design, tooling, trial moulding and volume production all happen under one roof.
Milestones
More than thirty years, one step at a time

1993
Predecessor founded; the Rongxin Mould brand is born
Started in the design and manufacture of plastic moulds, building up process expertise in Huangyan — known as the mould-making centre of China — and taking on tooling work under the Rongxin Mould brand.

2007
Zhejiang Rongxin formally incorporated
The company was registered and equipped with large injection moulding machines, extending from mould making into volume production of plastic products.

2015
Moved to Niuji Village; site expanded to 200 mu
The company relocated to Niuji Village, Yuanqiao, Huangyan, and expanded the site to 200 mu (about 13 hectares). A project for an annual output of three million logistics pallets was approved, making pallets our core product line from then on.

2023
Hubei Zhenrong starts production
Our Hubei plant, Hubei Zhenrong, came on stream — one of the largest logistics equipment factories in Central China, supplying the region and beyond.

Manufacturing
The full chain, from mould to finished pallet
Every stage happens in our own plant, which is what makes lead times and quality genuinely controllable.
Injection moulding at scale
Machines ranging from 320 g to 56,000 g shot capacity, including very large presses, cover everything from small components to full-size pallets.
Two established brands
We operate under the Rongxin Mould and RXPC brands, with a range spanning pallets, containers, waste bins and water tanks.
Accreditation
The standards are built into the product
Products are manufactured to the GB/T 15234 national standard, with some specifications made to European and Japanese standards.
