Structural series
Decide the structure first, then the size and deck
The base structure determines how much the pallet can carry, whether it suits racking, and which handling equipment will work with it.
01
Nine-leg series
Nine evenly spaced feet, light in weight and economical on material. Empty pallets
nest to free up storage space. Four-way entry makes handling easy, which suits
light-duty circulation, floor-level storage, supermarket stacking and e-commerce
sorting. Available with a mesh deck for drainage and airflow, or a flat deck that
keeps small items from falling through.
02
Three-runner series
Three longitudinal runners balance load capacity against manoeuvrability.
Both hand pallet trucks and forklifts can handle it, with four-way entry, making
this the general-purpose workhorse for warehouse floors. Steel reinforcement can be
built in for medium and heavy loads on racking.
03
Grid-base series
Crossed base runners form a rigid grid — the most deformation-resistant of the four,
with a flat and stable deck. Suited to high racking, drive-in racking and automated
warehouses working with stacker cranes and shuttles. Steel reinforcement is
available for heavy loads stacked to height.
04
Double-faced series
Identical top and bottom decks, so there is no right way up. High structural
strength suits multi-level stacking of heavy loads, long-haul transport and outdoor
storage. The one-piece moulding is fully sealed and weather-resistant, which is why
it is common in export packaging and port shipping.
